Job Description:
• Recruiting and Onboarding oversees in house and outsourced systems, processes, and insourced and outsourced services related to recruiting, compliance, and operational risk.
• This includes building and managing relationships with key stakeholders such as recruiting, diversity & inclusion, compliance to ensure our systems, processes, and transactions are maximizing efficiency and in compliance with business requirements and government regulations.

Role and Responsibilities
• The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for operational execution of regulatory and business driven initiatives to minimize risk to the firm.
• This individual will be responsible liaising with key stakeholders such as Legal & Compliance, Corporate Security, Recruiting and Coverage to manage compliance projects specifically related to the New Hire Background Check process.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Offer Letter Generation
o Responsible for the creation of senior level offer letters. Partner with Employment Law and Executive Compensation teams to develop terms and conditions.
o Own the training of offer letter creation across all recruiting vendors.
o Participate in annual review of offer letter terms and conditions.
• Background Check Processes
o Monitor and distribute adverse reports to HR Coverage. Partner with the Coverage team to ensure employee compliance.
o Liaise with Compliance and Corporate Security to ensure timely close out of all open background check and fingerprint cases.
o Serve as the escalation point for recruiting and hiring managers on candidate’s progression through the background check process.
• Onboarding Processes
o Execute on all onboarding processes including Right-To-Work documentation, Background Check Processing and Fingerprint Processing. This individual will perform key procedures such as fingerprint processing audits, etc.
o Overall management of centralized tracker system and maintenance of employee records across key background check and fingerprint requirements in system of record
• Data Integrity/Firm Compliance Project Management
Skills Required
• A strong client focus with outstanding judgment, critical thinking and communication skills
• Self-starter with strong project management skills
• Ability to multi-task and deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
• Strong computer skills (word, excel, databases a plus)
• Strong attention to detail required
