Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming queries by phone, analyzing root causes of problems, reading from a script the options for the call and escalating to other groups.
- Excellent customer service, both written and verbal communication skills, professional, empathy for the customer.
- The role needs to collaborate effectively with other departments, Business Units, suppliers and stakeholders
- Meeting and exceeding the client/customers service level agreements
- Ensure quality of work carried out by the team meets/exceeds expected quality/accuracy standards
- Willingness to work different shifts when needed. Monday through Sunday. Varying shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00a.m. EST.

Primary Skills:-

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and Listening skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers
- 1 year experience with customer service background is preferred.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

- Processes simple entry in the system according to the senior Staff instructions.
- Performs tasks in line with the written procedures or assigned by senior staff under supervision. Deepening knowledge in one process or more.
