Duration: 05 months (Possible extension)
This position is responsible for taking the lead to facilitate closure to low level customer/ dealer matters, which includes involvement and interaction with all levels of internal stakeholders using a professional concerned demeanor. This position within the Customer Service Call Center will handle incoming calls leveraging systems and internal and external stakeholders to answer questions. These resources will support the seasonal increase in call volume. The additional team members will ensure that our customers receive a timely and quality response to their inquiry. We will be cross training reps to assist the company team when necessary
