• The role is to act as member of team with responsibility and accountability for end to end migration of devices and users, working with Project Managers to assist in the delivery of technical solutions that will facilitate high-volume migrations, and to define the functional specifications that will be used to develop designs and to guide implementation. This will also involve attending and presenting at technical and programmed governance boards, as part of the deliverable approval processes.
• The selected candidate will be responsible for working with cross-organizational resources to prepare existing devices and objects for migration, carrying out tasks and activities that will ensure that device functionalities are replicated into the target domain, documenting technical designs that comply fully with Global Strategy for Global Client Endpoint, and reviewing global designs to assess impact to the project, representing the project in technical forums as a Client Endpoint Subject Matter Expert.

Required Skills:
• Expert experience working with multi-national branch office deployments
• Expert experience of desktop transformation programmes
• Expert experience of Windows 7 client endpoint
• Expert experience of developing and deploying GPOs, GPPs
• Expert experience of developing complex PowerShell scripts
• Expert experience of developing logon scripts (Kix32 to PowerShell translation essential), including Kix32, VB Scripting
• Advanced experience of Internet Explorer
• Advanced experience of desktop security products (e.g. AV, Personal Firewall, Intrusion Protection, Bitlocker, Eternal Device Encryption & Control)
• Excellent working knowledge of security standards pertaining to ID levels, breach escalation
• Excellent working knowledge of DNS, and DHCP
• Excellent working knowledge of ADMT
• Excellent working knowledge of AD
• Experience of Active Directory structures and hierarchies.
• Appreciation of ITIL Service Management functions. ITIL foundation preferred.
• Experience of modern MS Office products, and miscellaneous software in the Desktop environment arena.
• Broad knowledge of system and technology alternatives.
• Experience with MS Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008 (R2), 2012, 2016
