• Provide administrative support to the Chief of Staff for the PGS President.
• This includes administrative support to the PGS Communications Team and Software Medical Devices Team

• Travel planning
• Calendar support
• Meeting scheduling and planning
• Sharepoint maintenance
• Communication Team support
• Expense Reporting
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work with remote colleagues
• Knowledge of travel and expense systems valuable
• Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality a must

• Others supporting the office of the PGS President, importantly the Executive Administrative Assistant
• Communications Team
• Software medical devices team
• Other PGS Admins

Skills Required:
