Job Description
 
The Business Process Analyst will work with stakeholders from all Functional Areas, across regions as well as any related third parties to drive improvements to the Supplies Sales Opportunities-to-Order business processes in order to drive Sales Growth. In this project we will be starting from scratch, completing current ‘is’ mapping and creating ‘should’ maps that include business refinement and technology solutions..

Responsibilities
Complete documentation of current process maps by interviewing a cross-functional team of business experts and reaching consensus on current state.
Identify current Pain Points in the ‘is’ process
Analyze the current maps and work with the cross-functional team to help design Should maps through brainstorming, prioritization and consensus building.
Lead cross functional teams to create the best solutions, with the least number of hand offs
Work with the Lead Project Manager to prioritize and structure aspects of Should Map implementation to result in the most impactful changes as early as possible, including quick wins.
Develop well written, accurate and consistent business and process requirements, including Use Cases, for handoff to IT to implement supporting business systems. Include recommendations for technology where possible.
Drive consistency in processes, roles and system utilization to ensure global adoption
Work with IT to implement and deliver the solution
Provide regular status updates to the Lead Project Manager on project execution progress and risks
Work with Learning and Development organization to implement training as needed for all affected business teams and functions.
Develop and implement strong business metrics to allow ongoing audits of process execution, as well as business results tied to the process

Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Process Analysis in a matrixes, complex environment
Experience with projects with team size of 25+ participants and stakeholders
PMI-PBA or similar Certification in Professional Business Analysis preferred
5 years of experience with Project or other tools updating project schedules with current status
5 years of experience in more than one of the following areas: Sales, Order Management and Operations in a medium- to large-sized company
Ability to work with and manage senior personnel, directors and VPs
Proficiency in Windows, Office and Visio
Strong Teambuilding and Interpersonal skills
Strong interviewing and listening skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
