Job Description
The main duty of a CSR is to take inbound customer calls, resolve any issues and/or questions the customer might have. Additional responsibilities may include data entry.

• This position is eligible for monthly and quarterly bonuses:
o Monthly performance and attendance bonuses
o Quarterly bonuses for attendance

Job Requirements
• HS Diploma or GED
• Proficient w/MS Office
• Data entry experience
• Customer Service Experience – Any experience with customer contact would be great!
• Call Center experience helpful

Schedule: either M-F or M-T and Saturday 9am-6pm. It will be assigned a 9 hour shift between the hours of 9am-10pm. (i.e. 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm etc.)
