Job opportunity with Banking client in Mechanicsburg, PA

Job Brief (Purpose)
The day-to-day responsibilities of the Client Service Agent will primarily be to handle incoming customer service inquiries related to the administration of health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage's. Additional responsibilities may vary greatly and will include:
• Provide guidance and explanations on insurance program options and alternatives to clients
• Assist clients with daily service functions and frequent ad hoc requests, escalating issues as needed
• Maintain client records and update client communications
• Create, review and edit client materials – such as management reports, financial reports and member communications
• Process changes and maintain compliance in online benefits administration system

Job Requirements
 
 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communications skills
