Responsibilities:
• Deploying Six Sigma Lean Process Principles in Financial Services Technology
• Creating and validating processes
• Creating and maintaining process artifacts (e.g. Swimlane, FMEA, CTQ Control Charts, SIPOC, etc.)
• Driving cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes with great facilitation skills
• Working with Customer Experience owners to design and produce metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
• Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
