Position Details:
Location: Austin TX USA – 78735
Position: Compensation Analyst
Duration: 07 months (High Possible Extensions | Conversion)

Essential Responsibilities:
• Partner with Compensation Team to administer global compensation programs, including merit, promotion, long-term incentive and bonus plans.
• Consult with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Team, and business leadership to provide compensation guidance with respect to attracting and retaining talent.
• Support market intelligence process by maintaining pay range tool; manage annual survey submissions and ad hoc surveys.
• Respond to employee requests for compensation information through AskHR portal.
• Help maintain existing policies, FAQs, and other documentation/ communication on intranet site.
• Support administration of recognition and rewards programs.
• Work on related projects and/or assignments as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. CCP preferred.
• Minimum up to 5 years relevant work experience
• Sales Compensation experience a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced skill level in MS Excel
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• High degree of accuracy
• Ability to perform independent, in-depth analyses
