Job Description
Position: SAP HRM Analyst
Type: Contract to Hire
Length: Initial 3 months and based on fit, it could turn into a long term assignment

The candidate filling this role should have many of the skills and experience listed below.

• Leading meetings in gathering and writing Business Requirements/Functional Requirement Documents
• Heavier on the Business process side of SAP than on the SAP configuration side
• Any Data integration/mapping knowledge between SAP HRM and other 3rd party tools
• Been in production support mode around SAP – HRM space
• Excellent communication skills

Knowledge/Experience in the following areas of SAP HRM/Payroll

• Payroll
• Personnel Administration
• Organization Management
• Employee Self Service/Manager Self Service
• Spinifex reporting tool for SAP HRM
• Compensation Management

Other desirable skills:

• Knowledge in writing SQL queries to perform data analysis
• Analytical and Trouble shooting skills to resolve data integration issues between systems
