Job Description
As ThankYou Rewards strives to deliver rewards wherever and whenever for our customers, the management of the program customer experience and communications are key contributors to driving redemptions, sales and loyalty.
(1) The Manager will work cross-functionally to develop and execute ThankYou Rewards servicing communications including emails, direct mail, Terms & Conditions and FAQs with excellence; incorporating business goals, customer and partner needs.
(2) Participate in meetings and calls for any new enhancements to the Program, advise on current terms and create new terms with Legal and Compliance.
(3) Lead and participate in any customer issue remediation and create communications to address issues
(4) Manage approvals of all Benefit marketing communications and obtain relevant approval; create and maintain all servicing communications across all Benefits communications.
(5) The candidate will be a detail oriented marketer who possesses excellent communication, partnership, and project management skills. This role also requires the ability to autonomously manage multiple tasks and manage across multiple levels.

Job Requirements
(1) Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of relevant marketing and analytical experience.
(2) Strong analytical, communication, Excel and Powerpoint skills.
(3) Strong communication skills; Ability to build communications at different levels of the organization.
(4) Must be able to prioritize assignments, work in a fast paced environment and remain flexible to shifting priorities.
(5) Ability and willingness to manage both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
