Responsible for accuracy, timely updates and delivery to management and stakeholders along with recommendations for improvements; and monitor and evaluate external environment, including external benchmarking and innovation opportunities.
Education:Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred Knowledge of Change Execution Methodology is preferred Green Belt Sigma certification is strongly desired Looking for Transfer of Value and high level Excel experience

Position's primary responsibility is managing the operational processes for meeting services. Candidate will work closely with meeting services Account Managers to understand client requirements and ongoing updates to activity forecasts.
Candidate will manage KPI's and SLA's with internal client groups, guide Operations Analysts in respective areas of responsibility relative to overall process, and report design and metric definition, collection and analysis.
Candidate will partner with Procurement and Travel Services to optimize mutual processes, capitalize on regional resources and integrate procurement efforts in venue and agency relationships; provide analysis of operational process thru day- to-day oversight; financial management, planning, systems and controls; ensure Policy requirements are supported; integrate and monitor Business Practice & Compliance requirements relative to Physician attended meetings; prepare and interpret key departmental operat
