Job Description
Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. Will operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 4+ years of related experience. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a professional environment. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Will assist office with filing, faxing, copying, mail distribution and overnight pick up and deliveries. Assist in the arrangement of meetings, conference room scheduling/maintenance. Orders office supplies, arranges catering and transportation services. Assist with other general office functions as directed by administrative staff. Knowledge of intermediate MS Word, Excel and general office equipment.
