Job Description
Access Management Support Specialist is a functional subject matter expert and acts as a liaison between our internal customers and the Service provider.
Ensures that problems with the day-to-day delivery of outsourced Access Management services are minimized by providing expert guidance and support, with a strong emphasis on compliance with Monsanto policies, standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an escalation point with the goal of limiting end user frustration by providing timely status updates and facilitating the speedy resolution of their issues.
• Assist with daily operational activities, including general information requests/basic user direction on how to submit access related requests.
• Assist with troubleshooting unique/complex tickets by working with other teams, vendors or users in diagnosing and resolving access issues.
• Assist with Root cause analysis and problem investigations. Review Supplier recovery and permanent fix plans.
• Educate/train supplier resources on new program/product/operational details, and assist in the coordination of data flow ensuring timely transmittal to Supplier.
• Confirm relevant Knowledge article accuracy and contribute to updates as required.
• Share technical expertise during continuous improvement efforts/ meetings.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements, such as audit reporting, research & proof.
• Recommend processes and methods for auditing and addressing non-compliance to information security standards; facilitate migration of non-compliant environments to compliant environments
• Periodically test and evaluate Information Security controls and techniques to assure compliance with policies. Coordinate the use of external resources involved in the performance of security testing.

• Three + years of relevant IAM experience in an analyst or support role with a demonstrated understanding of concepts and best practices.

• Knowledge and understanding of Unix/Linux, Windows Server and Networking concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
