Job Description
· Main point of engagement/contact for projects which impacts or involves the Location 360 data asset
· Overall accountability for data quality, definition, production, and usage of the Location 360 data asset.
· Build strong relationships with data asset teams and business data stewards to drive asset adoption and development/enhancement
· Identify new ways of leveraging our data assets for use to solve business problems across all business units and regional hubs
· Lead and actively participate in multi-functional and multi-business stewardship network in which to evangelize these frameworks and objectives - Governance, Data Quality, Asset Evangelism and Best Practices
· Develop and coach team members in core, leadership and IT competencies
· Report on adoption, data quality and health metrics for the data asset
· Prioritize work across a team of data stewards to drive adoption within projects and business units to ensure successful delivery
· Data change management, delivery coordination, and monitoring
· Work collaboratively with application development teams and stakeholder groups to translate user and functional requirements into engineering requirements, solve problems, and recommend viable options
· Conduct day-to-day geospatial data management, including data procurement, quality assurance, and documentation of best practices
· Bachelor's degree is required.
· Experience as part of an agile organization with a strong understanding of agile development, continuous deployment, and DevOps is required.
· 3+ years experience people leadership and/or IT leadership is required.
· 3+ years experience working in a DevOps or continuous deployment team is required.
· Experience with geospatial platforms like Boundless Open Geo, MapBox, or ESRI is required. Experience with geospatial platforms
· Significant understanding of geospatial service formats/ REST APIs – WFS, WMS, WCS is required.
· Experience coordinating across different functional organizations, and allocating resources to ensure continual engagement and evangelism of new features, services, and models.
· Experience monitoring progress of the product through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities, keeping management informed.
· A track record of working within a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
· Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to grow relationships with key partners.
· Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations using critical thinking skills and be decisive while working cooperatively with others.
· Ability to lead by influence and drive change with ability to prioritize multiple efforts and drive to results.

· Leading agile development teams to collaborate and deliver business value.
· Ability to evangelize technical global architecture principals within the organization to a wide audience of differing level's of technical acumen.
· Experience with data technologies like AWS MapReduce and EFS
