Job Description
The PMO Lead manages the formal, centralized layer of project control and integration in the unit/account program office. The PMO Lead serves as a trusted advisor to the program director/service partner and assumes both leadership and execution responsibilities of the project management office including domains such as scheduling, budget management, risk management, version management, as well leading the program governance processes and framework. The following represent key capabilities:

• Candidate has lead program office or served as PMO Head for IT Transformation projects
• 10 to 15 years of total experience on PMO leadership and consulting.
• Experience in Telco industry - advantage
• Hands on experience in managing PMO teams and also PMO offices.
• Experience working with executive management
• Flexible to work in demanding situations and extended work hours.
• Experience defining and implementing PMO operations methods and tools
• Successfully headed up project management office meeting requested time, quality and cost targets
• Successfully built up competence and confidence through coaching and mentoring of project managers
Key Responsibilities

1 Responsible for building the program office. Including governance processes, and program office processes – schedule management, RAID, Communication, Deliverables management, Quality management, change control
2 Responsible for E2E operations of the program office Including governance processes, and program office processes – schedule management, RAID, Communication, Deliverables management, Quality management change control
3 Ensures that the program/project is planned correctly, that the owner of each deliverable is identified correctly and that work is executed and aligned with the program/project charter in order to meet the KPIs and planned deliverables
4 Responsible for providing an integrative view and analysis of the various project aspects within the program to enable better decisions making. Ensures that information is gathered and disseminated to all stakeholders/management
5 Responsible for Tracking and highlighting trends and raising areas of concern regarding possible deviations from program plans
6 Leads the program governance. Performs programs audits/reviews and extracts lessons-learned.
7 Deploys effective and auditable methods for those areas under the Program’s Management Office's responsibility. Implements Project Management tools and best practices. Develops Project Management processes
8 Responsible to meet time, cost and quality KPI targets as defined in the project scope and charter
