Position Details:
Title : Property Administrator
Location : Cedar Rapids, IA – 52498
Duration : 06 Months + (Contract to Hire for the Right Candidates)

Job Description:
• Coordinates property control activities to ensure continual accountability of Govt or associate contractor property in accordance with applicable Govt Regulations, associate contractor requirements, or Corp Policies/Procedures

Job Responsibilities:
• Establishing Positive Working Relationships: Assists in developing and maintaining a professional and positive working relationship with the Govt Property Administrator and/or the associate contractor representatives who have oversight responsibility for their property that RCI has in its possession or is responsible for.
• Customer Property Tracking, Monitoring, Usage & Accounting: Assists in tracking, monitoring and reporting the status and usage of Customer Owned Property (COP = Govt property and/or associate contractor property in RCI's possession or that RCI is responsible for) in accordance with Federal Regulations and/or customer requirements.
• Reporting, Documentation & Compliance: Assists in preparing required COP reports and documents in compliance with govt regulations, associate contractor requirements and Corporate Policies and Procedures.
• Inventories: Assists in conducting periodic inventories and in maintaining inventory records of COP in accordance with relevant govt regulations, associate contractor requirements and Corporate Policies and Procedures.
• Control: Assists in performing tasks relative to the control of COP.
• Disposition: Assists in coordinating activities related to the disposition of COP.
• Repair: Assists in coordinating repair activities related to COP.

Job Requirements
 
 
Education Requirement:
• 4 year degree

Required:
• Computer skills – MS Office Suite
• Excellent customer service - will be corresponding with customers both by email and phone

Nice to Have:
• Government background in dFAR (defense federal acquisition regulation)
• SAP experience
