• The CRM Advanced Application Developer will use strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as deep expertise in developing applications and is able to understand key business requirements as presented to them by business analysts, and can apply these requirements to properly plan applications from a technical standpoint.
• Coordinate and collaborate with business analysts to assess business application requirements for the various business units.
• Write code, test and debug software applications.
• Recommend system changes and enhancements as appropriate.
• Document software specifications and appropriately comment and document code.

Job Requirements
Qualifications Required:
• Prior experience developing and customizing CRM Applications (MS Dynamics CRM preferred).
• Experience with leveraging SQL Server (SSIS, SSMS, SSRS, and SSAS) to support CRM processes.
• Experience in extending CRM applications and facilitating exchanges of information between CRM and various systems (APIs and Middleware).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in at least one or more database systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in at least one or more contemporary development languages such as MS.NET, C#/C++, Java Enterprise Edition/AJAX and HTML.
• Experience with documentation, advanced programming frameworks, and other software development tools.
• Experience in the banking and financial services sector.
• Experience collaborating in a regulated team development environment, with full separation of environment and responsibilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.
• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
• Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
• Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
