Job Description
 
The executive will be reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and responsible for prospecting both new candidates and clients via strategic recruiting and business development activity. As an Account Manager you will become a career match-maker by connecting skilled professionals to organizations in need of skilled talent. Each day you will prospect and sell to new clients and problem solve with existing clients to fully understand their hiring needs. As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Researches, Identifies and Sells to potential business deals by contacting potential clients, through prospect calls, ad calls, lead follow-up, etc.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
• Establish sales objective for and set written plan of action.
• Schedules and attends client meetings to generate new business and expand current business
• Marketing, Trade Shows and Events.
• Negotiates fees/pay rates and closes deals in accordance with company goals and expectations
• Sales Presentations and closing.
• Build client relationships at the “C” level and with hiring managers who purchase IT consulting services to maximize requirement opportunities
• Cold call prospective leads for clients and candidates
• Follow up on warm leads
• Convert hot leads into sales
• Build the professional services and solutions business through the selling of onshore & offshore projects and solutions
• Build a sales pipeline for offering project based services
• Become thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes
• Negotiate terms with client managers
• Full desk recruiting to fulfill staffing requirements
• Sourcing, Interviewing, qualifying and presenting candidates to clients
• Full cycle interview process with candidates and clients for requirements

• Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)-confidence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work within a team environment- motivated and self-driven
• Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
• Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
• Bachelor's degree; may have some post-graduate education or training.
• 6+ years of prior business to business development experience in the IT/F&A permanent placement industry
• An exceptional combination of business development and account management skills is required.
• Must possess the necessary closing skills.
• Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast paced dynamic environment, while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-confident, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Travel is required (30%)
