Job Description
Position: Voice Engineer
Duration: 1 year contract, with continuous 2 years of extensions/renewals

Job Description:
• Perform Cloud and Voice over IP (“VoIP”) engineering services onsite at the Customer’s location.
• Perform project work assigned to meet requirements of the specific work location and its telecom needs.
• Work with Client and Customer resources in a virtual team environment.
• Interact and communicate with Customer’s resources.
• Manage or participate in cross-functional teams to promote technology strategies, analyze and test products, or perform pilot and first implementations of new technologies in order to integrate new technologies into the Company's Global infrastructure.
• Document specifications, installation instructions, and other infrastructures related information
• Construct business case analysis and recommendations to increase effectiveness of organization and technology solutions
• Lead resolution and re-planning activities to realign strategies and close identified gaps
• Determine all technical and resource components (e.g., network, landscape) and associated costs (e.g., development, training) for technology to ensure capacity and performance requirements are met.
• Provide expert level technical support to departments and technical teams to resolve complex unified communications and voice issues
• Identify, analyze and resolve complex integration issues by utilizing expertise and innovative technical solutions.
• Develop, maintain and provide technical expertise in order to transfer knowledge, operating systems and other infrastructure components.
• Provide expertise in relationship management to other organizations to maximize relationships with vendors.
• Support high availability solutions for the business application using technology, processes and techniques to ensure availability of hardware, operating systems, applications and support tools to TCCC in the event of hardware/software component failure s.

Must Haves:
• 5 or more years network telecom experience. (Network/voice engineer)
• 3 or more years of recent experience, including configuration, implementation and advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience installing and maintaining/supporting Aura Communications Manager and Service Manager 6.5 or higher
• Experience with VoIP including Session Manager, Communications Manager, Application Enablement Services and Experience Portal.
• Enterprise level experience utilizing SIP for VoIP installation - Experience with VDNs and setting up vectors & IVN administration - Experience with Elite Multi-channel, Gateway G430s
• Training, certifications or equivalent experience.
