Job Description
We are in need of a User Experience Program Manager to join our User-Centered Design team to serve as a UX Program Lead for one of the most important field-facing projects in our project roadmap. This Service Request & Workflow program consists of multiple parallel work streams to redesign chunks of the application suite. Each of these work streams includes interaction design and user research work utilizing an Agile delivery mechanism. These work streams are inter-related. In short, we need an experienced Program Manager, who has direct experience managing design projects in their past, with experience in Agile to join this program and serve in a program leadership role - responsible for ensuring delivery of all user-centered design artifacts and commitments.

• Understanding at a high level the user-centered design (UCD) work deliverables for each work stream and knowing whether each team is producing as expected
• Oversight and day to day management of a team of anywhere from 2-4 designers
• Providing consistency in product vision and user experience across all platforms and processes for the various Service Request and Workflow work streams
• Enabling the UX/UI Design team members and the UX Development team members to work efficiently and quickly in their individual product team and across the program
• Partnering with Product Owners, other Program Leads and other Stakeholders to collectively make decisions on product development and oversee the execution
• Attending all core team and stakeholder meetings to represent each work stream at a high level. Identify any other role(s) required to attend core team and stakeholder meetings to provide any necessary detail
• Communicating back to each work stream team the necessary project issues, scope and information that comes out of the various core team and stakeholder meetings.
• Preparing weekly status materials for each work stream in preparation for project status meetings.
• Managing all aspects of UX design delivery end to end.
• Meeting with the User-Centered Design Field-Facing manager on a regular basis to ensure they understand the detail status of the work efforts and any issue.
• Has an understanding of, and experience with, Agile framework (scrum)
• Experience program managing large, high visibility initiatives, in a large corporate environment
