Job Description
 
• 1-3 years minimum of Customer Service or Customer Support experience.
• Primary responsibilities include but not limited to: Customer Case Management, Interact with customers (Government, Public Safety, and Fortune 500) via various methods- written and verbal, order entry, shipping status inquiries, and order management.
• Facilitate the repair of Customer Sites- Government, Public Safety, and Fortune 500.
• Manage high severity interactions- system down, system upgrades, and maintenance.
• Assist in implementation of new customer systems via various methods- written and verbal. Administrative duties including managing reports, providing updates, etc…
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, Minimal Supervision required, Strong Typing skills, Effective Communication Skills – written and verbal, Time Management, Self Motivated, Customer focused, detail orientated individual, Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high stress/fast paced work environment and computer skills Proficiency.
• At least 2 year experience in Customer Service or Customer Support. Must be flexible
