Job Description
 
• Limited supervision involving detailed instructions and follow-up on work performance.
• May assist in these other areas as needed, and participate in projects as time permits.
• Answers inquiries, resolves problems, and promotes products/services.
• Ability to utilize internal business tools and applications to effectively perform job functions with a high level of detail and accuracy.
• Position requires interfacing with internal and external customers, peers, management, delivery carriers and vendors.
• Uses computerized system for data input and tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Provide input to management on any Customer satisfaction issues.
• Stay informed of all policies, procedures, and service offerings that affect both our internal and external customers.
