Job Description

Position: Lead Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Contract to hire: 6 month contract; possibility of contract to hire
Additional Notes from the Manager about what he is looking for:
• This person needs to have hands on management experience (2-3 years of hands on management ideally), someone who has worked within an agile environment would be a HUGE plus
• Will be managing 2 developers to start, but they are expanding the team and are looking towards ultimately having 4-6 developers at some point
• Looking for someone who has worked in an environment where they are “product focused”, can be creative and come up with ideas; not looking for someone to just come in and do what they are told but actually get involved in the conception of the product
• Looking for someone who is ambitious, energetic, passionate, possibly someone who has worked at a start-up company where they have experience with innovation in a creative environment. Looking for someone who is more than “green”, but not looking for a very Senior Level person with 20+ years of experience either
• Casual environment; can wear jeans to work
