Job Overview:
• Program Analyst to provide program and project management along with critical data support to Program and Engineering teams and their management.
• Role will involve, but not limited to project planning, monitoring, and evaluation, coordination and support of big data collection, storage, manipulation, analysis and reporting, pre-commercialization efforts, and supporting project data analysis to flesh out what-if scenarios.
• Create and track complex statuses, updates, interactions and inter-dependence across multiple projects, departments, and teams. Have the ability to construct easy-to-digest snapshots, project schedules, dashboards, metrics and milestone status in various forms for operational processes that enforce orderly changes, timely forecasts, and clear communication as well as enable timely and accurate management decision making based on available information.
• Requires networking skills to foster and secure top notch excellent working relationships across various projects and working groups, so as to influence without authority and to secure partnership or collaboration with minimal overhead.
• Requires mastery of standard MS applications i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, OneNote, MS Project, plus PC-based computer expertise, along with strong written and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, focus on internal and external customer relationships, team oriented and flexible work style required.

Minimum Qualification:
• 3+ years industry experience in the following areas: Project scheduling Excel, PowerPoint
-Should be able to join the project in a week

Preferred Qualification:
• Interest in data analytics and SQL helpful Exposure to Jira, Agile, Confluence, Visio, and SharePoint
• Experience in a supporting role to an engineering team Excel expertise to create complex spreadsheets and pivot tables Project Scheduling Experience and corresponding proficiency in MS Project Confluence and Qlikview (or other visualization tool) experience and exposure that will facilitate extensive data compilation, interpretation, and presentation.
• Capability to manage and influence diverse organizations and teams to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency to create robust, easy to maintain project, business, and operational processes that track, drive and guide multiple parties towards leaderships desired goals and objectives

Education:
• Preferred: Bachelor's, Business Administration and/or Prof. & Technical Comm or equivalent experience
