Job Description
 
Description Provides assistance and responds to channel partner requests in connection with technical parts issues regarding products. Ensures adequate stock is available for newly introduced equipment. Coordinates the activities in Customer Care to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

This person will be case coding export orders and processing inbound/vendor paperwork.
This person will be working 75% in the office and 25% on the floor, but the work on the floor is to only get the materials they need to perform in the position.
This person will be interacting with drivers, workers from the floor, other supervisors/managers, etc., so excellent customer service, communication and ability to work with varying types of personalities is necessary in the role.
Processing Inbound Paperwork. Processing Outbound Export Pack Lists.
Creating BOL for trucks and making sure they depart.

Job Requirements
 
 
Attention to detail, timeliness and excellent attendance are key as this position is imperative in keeping the operation running. Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize work and have excellent organizational skills. A minimum of a High School diploma/equivalent with 2-3 years of solid work experience in an administrative role is required, but manager prefers this individual have the experience in a similar role.
