Job Description
Develops, implements, and administers client’s compensation programs for the Cardiac and Vascular Group. The primary focus of this role will be to assist with the design, development, analysis, and communication of compensation programs for field sales employees.

Position Responsibilities
Advise field sales management on existing compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
Consult with field sales management in assigned regions regarding day to day compensation issues. Document proposed actions, advance for sales leadership approvals, and advise sales leadership regarding proposals.
Consult with field sales management regarding quarterly or annual compensation processes.
Assist in the design and implementation of sales incentive programs for assigned client groups.
Other projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years compensation experience, or Master’s degree and 5+ years of compensation experience
Advanced MS Excel capabilities with demonstrated experience building tools and models to support compensation program design and assessment

Desired Qualifications
CCP certification
Master’s degree
Sales incentive and/or incentive plan design experience
