Job Description
Job Summary:
• This position will be responsible for providing fulfillment of security access services and first-level support for all companies customers globally.

• Executing defined end-user account add/change/delete and disable procedures on our internal computing systems.
• Responsible for completing daily, monthly and on-demand data maintenance assignments as required.
• Interaction with the Service Desk and End Users for basic user support issues relating to access fulfillment.

Knowledge and Skills
• Ability to accurately follow a defined set of policies and procedures
• Operate under the supervision of others
• Must have strong written communication skills
• Understands basic technical concepts of Active Directory, e-mail and possesses an ability to use other applications.

• Associates degree in a computing related field, business or related discipline required.
• In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience will be considered.

• Must follow and execute well-defined processes and procedures
• Must utilize standard request and ticketing systems
• Provide first level support for user issues utilizing documentation as well as other sources
