Job Description
 
Responsibilities:
• Hands on oversight of the day-to-day operations and assignments for the staff in the following
• Ensure the proper flow of communication between departments to create a seamless experience for all guests/owners.
• Evaluate/resolve all Guest/Owner issues to ensure excellent customer service.
• Grow the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the resort
• Assist the Director in the communication of departmental strategies/goals.
• Ensure all staff is properly trained and has the tools/equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.
• Analyze budgets, overtime, and financial reports in order to drive resort profitability
• Hiring/terminations of employees
• Training/Orientation of new hires.
• Performance evaluations on an annual basis


Qualifications:
• 7+ years of Luxury Resort Operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Hospitality
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written
• Must be able to prioritize needs of guests/owners
• Must have a positive can-do attitude
• Pro-active in identifying and solving problems
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience with Property Management Systems and MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
