Job Description
 
• This position will report to the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) team and is an individual contributor role.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, vlookups, index matching, formatting for presentation) are required.
• This is a chance to interact with a team that is responsible for administering a world-wide SIP.
• Stakeholders include the SIP team, regional sales leadership, regional sales reps, BU leadership, Finance, and Accounting.
• The successful candidate will be comfortable with large sets of data, capable of analyzing and pivoting large amounts of data in a time-sensitive environment.
• Specific responsibilities include the following:
• Support regions in target setting process (design win targets and revenue targets) Adjust target based on Region and BU feedback Report and monitor global design win opportunities Identify and correct sales reps scorecard issues
• Resolve sales rep questions on plan design, target setting process, attainment calculations Produce scorecards to report on attainment to targets
• Analyze, pivot, format for management, and report on data in Excel Change management duties related to sales incentive plan (new hires, terminations, account assignment changes)
• Analyze end-to-end sales incentive plan process to identify opportunities for process and system improvement Interact in a positive, professional manner with Sales, Accounting, Finance, HR, Payroll and other departments to gather information, answer questions, and administer sales incentive program
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualification:
• 5+ years experience in the following areas required:
• Analyzing large sets of data and able to synthesize and draw conclusions from data originating from various sources
• MS Excel

Preferred Qualification:
• Prior experience with the following systems helpful: Salesforce.com, Oracle, Tableau, TM1
• Prior experience in a Sales Operations or sales support role
• Detailed oriented with strong analytical proficiency

Education:
• BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field *LI-SRC
