Description
Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports and issue logs to enhance external and internal communications.
• Coordinate internal and third party/vendor resources for execution of projects
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Host checkpoint calls with agendas and meeting notes
• Lead complex and multi-layer implementations for new and existing clients to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Manage non-routine, complex implementations/migrations as well as tactical and strategic client and initiatives.
• Build subject matter expertise of supported services
• Lead projects for various initiatives - both internal and external – using Project Management best practices and skills.
• Responsible for accurately recording project within reporting system.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required as cross-functional activities must be completed during this process.

Qualifications
• Proven strong project management skills required. PMI or PMP certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent time management, organization, and planning skill are essential
• Demonstrated expertise in using standard Office tools (e.g., Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
• Needs to be able to effectively prioritize and multi-task under deadlines, influence others, and manage client expectations.
• General: planning, organizational effectiveness, intelligence, utilizing strong judgment, initiative and exhibiting leadership
• Leading and managing others: coaching & mentoring, managing across organizational boundaries, and hosting meetings/ team facilitation
• Collaboration: effective communication, customer relationship management, enabling trust to develop agreements, fostering and building collaborative environments, stakeholder analysis & management
• Understanding, designing and applying processes: issue management, managing quality of project deliverables, risk management
Must have skills
10+ years of Business PM experience / PMP / strong communication skills (relationship building) / Bachelors
Nice to have skills
API / commercial payments – processors / Payments experience / Technology or ERP systems
