Job Title: Business Process Analyst
Duration: 6 months (High possibility of extension)

The Business Process Analyst will work with the leadership team in HR Operations, reporting into the Business Process Management lead, to review and assess the operational processes across Human Resources including, but not necessary limited to, the following disciplines: Workforce Administration, Payroll, Onboarding and Compliance, Talent Development, and Compensation.

• Work with business users to understand current business processes and requirements
• Work with technology teams to understand current system capabilities and limitations
• Interview key business users and facilitate process design workshops
• Diagnose as-is process models, identifying opportunities for improvement with a focus on risk mitigation and operational efficiency
• Design to-be business process models including, where appropriate, a business case for change
• Assess the bridge between the as-is and proposed to-be state, and develop an actionable roadmap to arrive at improved state
• Manage the execution of the roadmap, where needed, coordinating cross-functional resources
• Produce artifacts including business process maps and business procedure documents

Job Requirements
• Minimum: 3-5 years’ experience in audit, management consulting, or operations management
• Ability to examine processes holistically to understand and effectively communicate the impact of changing them on people, strategy, and systems
• Creative and practical approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working within a team environment as well as acting independently
• Experience in Human Resources, Financial Services and/or system design a plus
