Job Description
• Log into phone qeue to handle outbound calls, responsible for answering 30-60 calls per day.
• File contracts and group all documents and forms into the contract to file away, audit backlog in QNXT and close out tickets.
• Prepare contract documents to send to corporate to have them upload necessary info into QNXT. Follow up to make sure information was added correctly into the system. .

Top 3 skills:
MS Office - Word (save to pdf format) Excel (copy & paste, enter data, save spread sheet, track and log) Beginner to intermediate.
Strong communication skills
Problem solver

A minimum of 2 years office clerk or provider coordinator experience within the Healthcare industry. Working on the provider side is a plus.

Must Haves:
MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook )
Strong typing skills

Training will be a 1 week.
