• Under direct supervision, receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) in a timely manner.
• Works within established guidelines.
• Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and less than two years of related experience.

Job Description:
• Company is the national leader in electronic document processing and online imaged document retrieval.
• We are currently seeking an Associate Customer Specialist to join our team in Baltimore.
• The selected individual will be responsible for answering customer inquiries regarding UCC, litigation and corporate services, compiling search results, interacting with correspondent networks and state/local agencies and reviewing public record documents.
• Receives and responds to customer queries in a timely manner based on informational scripts provided.
• Enters new client information into client database as needed.
• Compiles and/or updates job details in relevant databases.
• Follows-up with clients by phone, email or correspondence to keep client fully informed of resolution process and status.
• Contacts internal departments as necessary to resolve customer-related issues.
• Keeps records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Refers unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Performs other duties as requested by Supervisor.

Job Requirements
• Qualified candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ equivalent experience in customer service.
• Candidate should have Windows, Word and Excel experience, as well as excellent typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment is also necessary.
• Not a call center—work directly with clients to handle problems, enters orders, etc.
• have to remember lot of core products and multi-tasking, two monitors.
• High-volume to be expected.
• Computer skills, proficient with multi-tasking and customer service.
• High caliber people, quick learners—could lead to position, is possible, but not promised.

Additional Details:
• These are TEMP-TO-PERM positions so looking for long term candidates only!
• LOT of customer service needed--3-5 years(+ highly preferred).
• Needs to be adaptable: Catch on to information quickly, but need to then be able to interpret the info and data—and make some judgment calls after understanding the data.
• As well advise and troubleshoot issues for clients and internal team.
• Prefer experience in our industry (company on web): In our industry—processing orders, sales—not paralegal but more research and customer service, and analyzing client trends. *Temp to Perm.
• Conversion Salary, dependent on performance: 40,000/year.
• Preferred experience in, successful candidates would have: Research on taxes, property background and titles, mortgages.
