Job Description:
• This PC LAN Analyst will be participating with Windows 7 to Windows 10 desktop migrations.
• We are looking for a team member with extensive experience in triaging end user desktop migration issues that range from OS migrations (efficient in reading and analyzing the various system logs) to software issues (failing install or broken functionality) and will work directly with other desktop and helpdesk support technicians on issues reported to their teams by end users and in some cases working directly with the end user on the issue.
• This tech will need to possess strong communication skills to lead or participate on medium to large conference calls, be flexible with working hours (we may need to pivot schedules with short notice) and is a self-starter that can stay busy with minimal oversight.
• Must be fluent with the various desktop support tools, processes, shortcuts, etc, most commonly used in a Windows desktop support environment
