Job Description
Job Title: HR Representative
Location: Davidson, NC 28036
Extension: 12 months with possibility to convert to perm when openings arise and performance
Daily Schedule: 10am – 7pm
• Responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Resolve between 25-35 calls daily from internal customers in regards to Benefits, Payroll, 401K and Retiree Income by performing activities such as researching plans, reaching out to 3rd party vendors and working with Tier II departments
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

Skills and Competencies:
• Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
• Inbound call center experience a plus- soft phone skills, hold, transfer (3rd party transitions)
• Experience in HR field, benefits, and employee services preferred
• Verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook, Word, PeopleSoft, Oracle
• Ability to multi-task between systems

• 2-4 years customer service experience in a call center is preferred
• PeopleSoft and benefits experience preferred
• Desire to learn and grow within Human Resources
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Disqualifier – job hopping
• Performance Indications – Quality of work, log in time, and average handle time of cases
