Job Description:
• The analyst will assist in enabling the growth of the GCP Marketing and Sales organizations through active risk management activities.

Job Responsibilities:
• Be a subject matter expert for the marketing and sales organization to provide consultation on complex and broad scale initiatives that require control senior leadership approval
• Developing an understanding of client's Management Policies
• Developing relationships Global Commercial Payment teams and with key partners in Operational Risk, Compliance, Regulatory Support, and Complaint Governance
• Data compilation, reporting, and analysis
• Writing large and small-scale communications, process documents, instructions, FAQ documents, and training documents
• Create and deliver compliance training to marketing and sales teams

Qualifications:
• Advance degree preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to network globally
• Strong communication skills combined with an ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and business partners
• Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change
• Proven experience building and leveraging relationships to drive towards shared outcomes for our customers (i.e. Card Members, clients, and partners)
• Strong ability to understand process and/or operations management
• Innovative thinking in designing and developing solutions against complex issues
• Clear, concise writing without errors is essential
• Advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines
• Related to above, strong organization skills are necessary
• Flexibility to stay late and travel once-in-a-while and otherwise do what’s necessary to finish projects
• Analytical mindset and a passion for problem solving
• 1-2 years’ experience in auditing, compliance, quality control, or financial services is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good sense of humor
• Optimistic, creative, and solution-oriented
• Strong knowledge of the GCP products and processes preferred
