Job Description
 
Security Incident Management & Process
Invoke Major Incident Management Process, for P1/P2 security incidents;
Asses business impact and urgency, declare security Incident or recommend business continuity procedures or disaster recovery process as defined by WTW procedures;
The security incident consultant to lead temporary teams working on security incident resolution as required. The individual is primarily a focus for communication and is expected to get help from others as needed;
Identifies and takes control of potential security incidents as required e.g. ‘gray space’ etc.
Provides guidance and assistance to service delivery teams to ensure a globally consistent approach to operational processes associated with security incidences.
Drive consistent communications of security process and services;
Provides relevant and timely reports.
Cooperates with various service Delivery Managers, Incident Managers, and Regional/Global Change Managers across the ecosystem of Cleint as required;
Oversees the security Incident Management process delivery;
Briefs the nominated stakeholder groups on the security incident management process.
Pro-actively Identify operational issues and drive resolution working directly with Client and delivery teams
Provides technical & non-technical support for Major Incident response Teams;
