Duration: 4-5 Months (Possible Extension)

• Performing quality administrative support in an effective and efficient manner for GIS.
• Scheduling meetings & logistics Coordinating travel arrangements Back up to other admins
• Creating expense reports Telephone coverage when needed.
• Faxing & copying Ordering supplies Order catering Sorting, distributing and preparing (shipping requests, UPS), mail, Receiving and referring visitors
• Handling telephone calls, answering routine questions. Clears visitors through security.
• Works in low to medium-complex environment.
• Performs routine administrative duties: placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, order and maintain supplies, provide backup coverage to other administrative desks.
• Has basic to intermediate computer skills including: word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in MS Office software, with skills in Excel, and MS Outlook Experience in Sharepoint
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Minimum 1 years of secretarial/administrative experience
• Professional demeanor and able to take direction from various individuals.
• Flexible "can do" attitude
• Enjoys working in a support role.
• Takes a team approach when required.
• Strong interpersonal skills: Written and oral communication
