Job Description
 
Training hours: 8:00-4:30
Training duration 6 weeks training two weeks nesting.

Shift hours after training.
Looking for (flexibility) an eight hour shift between 8:00 am-11:00 pm Mon -Fri.
Work shifts will be decided during training.
Must have flexibility


Responsibilities:
•Candidate would be responsible for taking in-bound call for Disability Insurance
customers.
•Will be trained to handle multi-transactional calls and to navigate multiple systems.
•Candidate must have good multi-tasking skills
•Will handle 40-60 calls daily.
•Intake (starting a claim)
•Status of claim
•Directing call to proper contact for call resolution.
•Background skill set required
•Customer service experience a must.
•High School diploma or GED a must.
