Job Description
 
• Join this team focused on RF Front End Modules for the Cellular and Wireless Data markets.
• You will be part of the Business Unit Engineering organization, and work directly with and support multiple product development teams.
• Position requires a logistics specialist to support in the functions of material planning and coordination between cross-functional teams, including but not limited to design engineering, packaging, prototyping, sourcing/operations, purchasing, substrate suppliers, assembly CMs, and component suppliers to enable efficient and flawless development of next-gen products for RFFE. Exhibit skill and confidence in working cross-functionally across a matrix organization in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Plan, schedule and monitor movement of material through the development / prototyping funnel
• Review engineering build or tape out requests, issue corrections, provide training for proper documentation, and handle appropriate disposition of build requests
• Manage and Assign engineering build priority with worldwide teams, communicate build requests / schedules to suppliers, track progress through conference calls and detailed WIP reports, address issues (technical/logistical) if any
• Prepare monthly report on cycle time performance of subcontractors Determine, plan and manage material requirements
• Work with development teams in determining material needs based on engineering cycles and customer sample demand
• Prepare raw material forecasts by part number for every supplier, establish reorder points
• Work with Purchasing to generate purchase orders for raw materials/packaging, tracks changes, and handles supplier communication.

Minimum Qualification:
• Associate degree required, Bachelors degree a plus
• 2+ years of experience in material planning
• Solid understanding of full range of Semiconductor packaging materials and processes
• Understanding of SIP design tools, Gerber review software, Excel

Preferred Qualification:
• High energy individual who wants to work hands-on
• Excellent written and verbal (English) communication skills
