Urgent Need of "Application Technical Support Specialist" in Charlotte, NC with one of IT Giant in USA.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* The Application Technical Support Specialist is responsible for production support of the client's legacy mainframe billing application including Java and .Net related components.
* The Support Specialist is involved in troubleshooting, maintenance, analysis, design, code, and testing of production fixes and/or development work of complex modules within the system and those that interface with other applications.
* The Support Specialist will be required to participate in pager/on-call support and quarterly weekend code releases.

Basic Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience with Mainframe COBOL applications
2. Quick learner
3. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity/chaos

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Past experience in Application Support
2. Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
3. Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
4. Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
5. Past experience in the Utilities industry and/or experience with Billing or Payment applications within another industry.
