Job Description
 
Responsibilities
Handle incoming support calls and emails to support
Provide predefined solutions to known problems
Handle license requests, user account requests and other 1st line requests
Maintain and improve the support knowledge base
Review internal support requests (completeness check)
Monitor the status of systems hosted by Quintiq and flag problems

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or equivalent
Technical background and experience to effectively carry out the listed responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Problem solving ability and flexibility
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solution driven, customer friendly personality, comfortable working with people at every level of the company
