Job Description
There are openings for Broker Services: Work in systems to provide Brokers with help logging into their portal, help with member issues that arise, reports, emails, etc.
They will be on the phone, helping brokers with the above issues, they also may be asked to help in other departments in the slow time. Also help with Contracting issues and auditing and keep CMS compliant.

Job Requirements
Must Haves:
Customer Service Experience, ability to work on two computer screens at a time, Phone experience.
1-3 years of similar experience (Customer Service Rep, Broker Agent, etc.).
Would be great to have Spanish speaker, but not a must.

Must haves are: Great Attendance, Flexibility, Great communication skills, verbal and written.
