• General hardware break/fix of laptops, desktops.
• Face to face troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software issues to maintain business continuity in a corporate environment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, iPhone, MS Surface tablets, and PC peripheral equipment.
• Configure new hardware upgrades, installs, moves, adds, changes in a laptop and desktop environment.
• Optimizing hardware/software/networking products and configurations as scripted and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
• Intermediate experience Face to face Desktop PC support using Windows 7 & 10 (REQUIRED)
• Must be process oriented and understand the importance of following processes

Experience with

• Active Directory User Management Tools
• Imaging PCs using SCCM
• Troubleshooting Network Shared drives
• Troubleshooting and configuring Outlook
• Working with a ticketing system with SLA compliance requirements
