Job Description
 
Job Overview:
• The US COE IT Manager is responsible for managing the status of RDI Services delivered to the customer, working with the customer to prioritize the tasks for RDI teams, and reporting to the US CoE Senior Director.
• This position will also interface with the RDI Development teams in Brazil and the US.

Position Responsibilities:
• The US COE IT Manager is recognized for the highest level of organization and reporting knowledge. The individual in this Management role will:

Manage the Relationship with our Customer
• Ensure regular communication and strategic alignment between the customer and RDI.
• Work daily with the customer to identify priorities and align RDI teams about the priorities.
• Collaborate with the customer to provide strategic alternative ideas to overcome conflicts and daily obstacles.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships by continuously exceeding customer expectations.
• Represent RDI in various forums with the customer’s management team (example: defect review meetings, war rooms etc.)

Job Requirements
 
 
• 5 years of professional experience in Program Management, Product Management, Project Management, and Management Information Systems.
• 5 years of experience managing/supervising employees and/or teams
• 3 years of experience as business analyst or developer or tester
• Knowledge of the Quick Service Restaurant Business preferred.
• Experience with point of sales systems preferred.
