Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Facilitates leadership development sessions that build and develop our leadership pipeline and organizational competencies
• Coordinates learning programs, working collaboratively with subject matter experts, operational leadership and Talent Management team.
• Communicates and executes learning strategies in alignment with Enterprise objectives that drive business results; ability to identify links between key business issues and assigned learning projects.
• Proficiently design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning content utilizing accepted content development approaches for large scale projects and modules. Evaluates course effectiveness through end of course evaluations, participant comprehension, and operational metrics, making necessary content revisions.
• Uses technology to simplify work processes. Applies technical knowledge to identify trends and solutions for L&D products and services. Keeps current on emerging technology.

• Leveraging technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy that drives business results
• Leadership development and facilitation expertise (Certification in Crucial Conversations or Situational Leadership is a plus)
• Instructional design, utilizing varied tools and modalities (Camtasia, Lectora, SharePoint experience is a plus)
• Project management and event coordination
Ability to provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise
