Duration : 06 months (Possibility of Extension)

Description:
Manage the development and creation of graphic projects by meeting customer requirements in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. Estimate project costs, manage project budgets, coordinate the team’s work, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
1. Project Management: Oversee the development of graphics projects, from concept and design to production, ensuring quality is maintained and that corporate identity is reflected properly. Maintain a smooth work flow among the designers, electronic publishers, and proofreaders, by providing complete project specifications and communicating job tasks clearly. Provide work estimates, determine schedules, and provide direction to internal and external resources for job completion. Ensure the project is meeting time deadlines and budget commitments. Provide complete proofs to clients as needed.

2. Customer Contact: Identify and define the roles and responsibilities of the client and CRHF Creative Communications in order to qualify the expectations of the client and ensure customer satisfaction for all graphic jobs. Entails meeting with internal clients and designers to determine project goals, then acting as a liaison between the client and the team to determine the best way to achieve the client’s requirements in the most cost effective, expeditious manner. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Additional responsibilities may include coordination for client projects, such as ad placement and tracking, management of educational projects, and other miscellaneous projects.

3. Production Management: Work with the Manager to determine the workload of the team and hire temporary production help as the team’s needs change and grow. Assist a designated Electronic Publisher in training for new hires. Keep current on new technologies to improve work flow such as using PDF and FTP file transfers, etc.

Team Responsibilities
1. Team Involvement: Responsible for being an active and supportive team member. Consistently attends team meetings as a positive and active contributor. Supports the needs of the entire team and the individual team members. Provides the information and support that is necessary for others to succeed on the team, including involvement in yearly performance reviews for team members. Shows personal respect and courtesy for others. Unselfishly goes beyond personal job requirements to assist others.

2. Time Management: Responsible for chargeback goals equal to 85% of total yearly working hours. Responsible as a team member for the overall profitability of the team, including mistakes, rework, or other errors that are charged back to the department and affect the bottom line. Team members are responsible to make proper use of vacation, sick time, work absences, and overtime within the department and guidelines.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 4-year degree in communications, graphics, or marketing, or 3 to 4 years equivalent experience in graphics coordination or project management
