Job Description
 
In each calendar quarter of the Term, the Business Development Manager shall implement and drive the following activities:
a) One or two specific promotional activities developed by company designed to promote the Products, as agreed by the company and Distributor from time to time;
b) Joint marketing activities, including online marketing, to articulate why the small-medium business customer, corporate customer or re-seller should buy the Products and to increase customer reach.
1.2. The OSC/VSC shall keep appropriate records of the activities and shall make these records available to Company on request.
2. Product Training
2.1. In each calendar quarter of the Term, the Business Development Manager shall deliver each of the following product briefings:
a) Interact daily with sales staff at Security, and achieve all metrics assigned; and
b) Each week briefing of a minimum of 10 customer calls or face to face meetings, on key product knowledge & sales messages.
• At least 5 years' experience marketing and/or selling semiconductor technology within the IT channel;
• Demonstrated project management skills;
• Ability to provide consultancy / advice to internal Distributor employees;
• Ability to deliver commercial training;
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
